Previous customer service experience.
Experience in clerical data entry, Knowledge of standard accounting procedures.
Ability to multitask, RESPONSIBILITIES Generate and distribute invoices.
Ensure all invoices are billed correctly, and on time.
Investigate and resolve any irregularities, or inquiries on late payments.
Account collections.
Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards.
Calculate driver commissions for the Payroll Department.
Perform other office duties as assigned.
