Responsibilities:
Responsible for greeting guests, taking guest orders and payment, preparing and delivering coffee and non-coffee products in a timely manner Preparing and serving a variety of different breakfast and lunch items such as sandwiches, breakfast burritos, soups, salads, and more Coffee, cafe & food service experience is preferred but not required.
Amazing customer service skills are required! Pay rate:
Hourly base
tips.
Total paycheck will vary depending on the tips received each pay period.
Weekend shifts receive a much higher tip rate.
We will train you how to upsell and set goals to increase sales / tip amounts.
