Starting pay:

40 Actively support and contribute to continuous improvement efforts (BDEs, RIP process, RFIs, FIs, GME modules, etc.
).
Demonstrate basic knowledge of GME processes (WPO, CILs, CLs, etc.
).
Support preflights and prove-in of production lines to ensure efficient start-ups.
Actively improve area of responsibility by implementing improvements to reduce cost, reduce downtime, and increase efficiency.
Understand the RFI, FI, and BDE process and documentation and how/when to use them.
In this role, you will:
Demonstrate basic understanding of the Theory of Operations for all unit ops.
Demonstrate the ability to perform and use all necessary SAP PM transactions.
Demonstrate basic computer proficiency.
Demonstrate the ability to enter thorough Tech Notes.
Demonstrate general working knowledge and experience in the following areas, as applicable in manufacturing and packaging equipment:
power transmissions, pneumatics, electrical, and hydraulics.
Demonstrate working knowledge of maintenance and shop tools.
Demonstrate basic capability to fabricate and weld mild steel for repair and modification of equipment.
Demonstrate basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
Demonstrate knowledge of and familiarity with manufacturing equipment, systems, and operations.
Demonstrate basic capability with the following:
ARC welding, MIG welding, TIG welding, brazing, and oxygen and acetylene cutting torch.
Demonstrate basic ability to use a multi-meter to check low and medium voltage circuits on a system.
Demonstrate the ability to conduct continuity and amperage check.
Demonstrate understanding of all production equipment and the supporting documentation (JIBs, JOAs, etc.
) for the following:
conveyors, check weighers, case packers, fillers, shrink tunnels, scales, palletizers, etc.
Demonstrate the ability to document any modifications (wiring, programming, mechanical, etc.
) made to systems.
Up to date on all Clorox safety programs (hot work, confined space, LOTO, electrical training, etc.
).
Demonstrate the ability to consistently complete standard work.
Demonstrate the ability to deliver high, first pass quality workmanship.

Mechanical background and aptitude, industrial maintenance, Microsoft office products, basic electrical skills, good attitude, ability to work individually and as a team.
SAP experience is a plus.
