Full-time position with insurance benefits available Tuesday through Saturday - Opening shift, 6:
30 AM to 2:
30 PM (Off on Sundays and Mondays)
Responsibilities:
Assisting our General Manager with daily leadership tasks (overseeing inventory, scheduling, employee training, and working with our ownership team to meet sales goals) Developing seasonal drink recipes.
Creativity is key! Training employees on using the espresso machine and other beverage equipment to establish consistency and produce high quality drinks.
Continue to learn and educate yourself about coffee and other beverages.
We want to continue to elevate our menu and we want a leader who can develop and teach our team how to be the best they can be.
Assist in receiving, submitting, and overseeing special orders for customer events and catering Previous barista experience is required.
Previous management experience is preferred, however, it is not required.
Pay rate:
Hourly base
tips.
Total paycheck will vary slightly based on the tips received each pay period.
We will train you how to upsell and set goals to increase sales / tip amounts.
