Sr Project Engineer

Summary:
This individual will lead the development and execution of the plants small to medium capital/technical projects and will act as a liaison for larger projects led by central engineering. They will serve as a primary resource to the plant operations and maintenance group for engineering related
services
and will actively participate in/lead plant loss reduction efforts using WCO (World Class Operations) tools. With the assistance of others defines, manages, and critically reviews work products from outside engineering firms to provide detailed engineering work for projects. Performs functions of capital project
manager
which includes responsibility for defining overall project scope, cost, obtaining AFE approval, procurement and construction management.

Required Qualifications:
B.S. Degree in engineering or related technical field
Prior experience managing capital projects including conceptual development, business case justification, scope and budget development, engineering, bidding, procurement, construction management.
Leadership ability with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, and as an individual contributor
Demonstrated ability to effectively interact, influence and communicate with multiple levels of the organization
Strong mechanical, packaging, analytical and problem solving skills
Strong planning and organization skills - efficient efficient at prioritizing work, developing plans and executing to desired results.

skills i.e. MS office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project, etc.)

Desired Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment
1 year demonstrated hands-on experience in high speed packaging environment (preferably consumer goods or related manufacturing)
Experience in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or Clorox WCO initiatives. Experience leading Autonomous Maintenance, Focused Improvement methods, and Work Place Organization.
Ability to work off shifts as required for training or monitoring
Must demonstrate leadership and possess the initiative to improve results and act as a change
agent
.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
